I am the founder and owner of Luminous Atelier, a name I chose because I feel that light and joy are present in every piece I create.

I love to be in my studio and handcraft personalized jewelry. I am not striving for perfection, but, as nature does, I allow beautiful imperfections to give charm to my creations. I started making jewelry out of love for the small and simple things that nevertheless can have huge significance in our lives. Wearing a piece of jewelry is, for me, a rich experience, which involves visual and tactile experiences, as well as feelings and emotions. I totally enjoy the process of jewelry making. Being one of the oldest crafts of mankind, it retains until today the power to make one establish a connection with nature, as fire, water, metals, stones and other natural materials are involved in the process of creating a piece of jewelry.

My main source of inspiration is definitely nature, its richness of shapes and textures, but I also get inspired by the beauty of ancient pieces of jewelry, which so often offer harmony with a particular flavor, given by small imperfections, understood and embraced as unique marks of an almost magical process.
